| Here
is "art" made by unknown Oulu citizen. I'd like to say one thing
to all people messing public places: if you are gonna draw to the walls,
please do it properly and be sure that you have art skills enough.. :-)
Generally speaking, I quite understand
why youngsters like to draw to walls. It is fun to draw, and their work
is published in the biggest gallery of the whole town - and for free!
(Publicity that all real artists are envy about!)
Well, it does not hurt anybody, but
unfortunately causes lot's of expenses to all of us.

A
winter view from a small bridge at Hupisaaret park. Although the
winter time is about coldness and darkness, there are also some beautiful
forms made by the water, snow and ice even in a city. |
| As
a Finnish citizen I had to publish this picture about a mobile sauna of
Rakentajakilta students.
There is a little bit historical
feeling in this photo, because that department of the university was closed
so times ago.

A
detail of a totem pole located in a park (Ainolanpuisto).
When I'm showing this photo to local
people, it's always fun to guess them: where is this photo take from?
This pole is in a place that I guess
all locals have been visited the place, but it is so easy to miss details
of our everyday environment...

| This
is a small lakelet near Varjakka area. While I was photographing
this picture from a bird watching tower, some people told me that usually
there are hundreds of birds resting on their way to south, where they
are spending their winter time.
If not birds, at least I got a little
bit of rainbow me...
